Questions
Which tools do you build on?
Make, Zapier, n8n or plain code, picked per workflow. If your team already pays for one of them, we start there.
What happens when a run fails?
The run stops, writes the failure to the log and tells the named owner. On the Run plan we see it too and fix it.
Who owns the workflows?
You do. Every account is in your name and the spec explains each step, so another builder could take over.
Do you use AI on our data?
Only where the spec says so, and only on the documents you choose. Sensitive topics always go to a person.
How long does a build take?
Most single workflows take about four weeks: one to shadow, one to spec, one to build and the rest to watch it run.
What does running it cost?
The spec lists the monthly tool cost before we build, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
